The Firm
US-Estimation was founded by a group of former general-contractor estimators tired of seeing bids lost because takeoffs were rushed, incomplete, or outsourced to people who'd never set foot on a jobsite.
Today we serve general contractors, subcontractors, and developers in every state, from a single-division concrete takeoff for a strip-mall remodel to a full $400M hospital estimate.
We do not sell software. We sell judgment, accuracy, and turnaround. Our estimators average 15+ years in the field.
